ADAA CONTINUING EDUCATION CATALOG

ADAA’s education library carries an extensive list of over 60 courses and continues to grow. We offer continuing dental education in hard copy or online for the dental team in areas of radiology, infection control, medical emergencies, business management, pharmacology, and much more.

Upon successful completion of ADAA courses, dental assistants earn credits for certification and most state requirements.

As of Jan. 1, 2012 all online ADAA continuing education courses will be available free of charge to ADAA Members.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your ADAA product, simply return it within 30 days with your reason for return and let us know if you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Materials must be received in salable condition and shipping prepaid. Upon return, an $8.00 restocking fee will be assessed per order, unless otherwise noted. On orders of three or more courses, there will be an $11 restocking fee assessed. Course prices are subject to change without notice. All foreign orders must be paid with U.S. currency. Additional shipping and handling fees will be applied to destinations outside the U.S.

All decisions are at the ADAA's discretion.

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Orders placed online are processed instantly and are available almost immediately. ADAA online courses are nonrefundable, no exceptions.

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

Credits earned upon completion of ADAA courses may be used to meet DANB’s recertification requirements.  ADAA courses are accepted by most state agencies requiring dental continuing education.  Dental Practice Management courses are not approved for credit by the California Board of Dental Examiners.

The ADAA is designated as a nationally approved sponsor by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing education programs of this sponsor are accepted by AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership maintenance credit.

TESTS

Only tests for courses currently produced by the ADAA are accepted for grading. Due to course revisions and updates, we recommend that the courses be completed within a year of purchase. Only the original answer sheet will be accepted for grading (no photocopies allowed).
 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery for courses ordered via phone, mail or fax. Rush orders cannot be accepted. Make checks and money orders payable to American Dental Assistants Association or ADAA.
